The central aim of the
Fouling-Atlas project is the presentation of actual information about the topics fouling and antifouling to deliver the sound basis for a choice of an antifouling system with maximum efficacy and minimum environmental hazard. Therefore the
Fouling-Atlas provides the following online information for professional and private users:
The contents normally is ordered by user groups. The topics fouling database and legislation are ordered geographically with priority.

The request of project contents is free of charge and no registration is necessary. The request of several, special prepared documents may cause charges in future project phases. For registrated users (free of charge) the relevant contents can be compiled.

This project addresses to industrial sectors and all facilities which are faced to fouling problems in fresh- and saltwater environments. The particular user groups are listet in the table stated below. With one click you can get to a special project welcome page for each user group. To compile the optimal information within the topics the following user groups are existing for professional users:
| User group |
